  • Intensive care hospitalization for cardiac emergencies

  • Congestive heart failure (CHF) diagnosis and management

  • Echocardiogram (cardiac ultrasound) with spectral, tissue, and color-flow Doppler

  • Echocardiogram with agitated saline contrast evaluation for shunt detection (Bubble Study)

  • Electrocardiography (ECG/EKG) for evaluation of heart rate and heart rhythm

  • Holter monitoring (24-hour ECG) of heart rhythm in the home environment

  • Telemetry monitoring of heart rhythm in hospitalized patients

  • Radiography to assess the lungs for cardiac complications
